CUSTOM U-SHAPE ENCLOSURES

U-shape, or clam shell, enclosures are by far the most simple to design and manufacture. They meet the requirements of a large percentage of electronic packaging requirements and are made of two U-shaped metal shells.

We can powder coat and silk screen (text and graphics) the enclosures with the colors of your choice to make it look professional and appealing. We can also cut custom cutouts and include self-clinching fasteners to fit your electronic components.

The custom U-shape enclosures we manufacture are:

• The width and depth must be greater than height by 2" for all U-shape enclosures larger than 3" x 3" x 3".
• The maximum dimension of the enclosure is 30".
• Manufactured from robust plain steel and stainless steel.
• ROHS complaint.
