The standard finish offered by Protocase is powdercoating. This is widely recognized as the industry standard for painting metal, providing a high quality, highly durable finish. Protocase offers a variety of standard stocked colors and textures. There is no additional charge for using one of our standard stocked colors.

We are also happy to provide non-stock or fully custom colors for an additional fee and lead time. For more information, please contact us.

Powdercoat colors are usually identified by the RAL number. When requesting a full custom powdercoat color, please make sure to specify the RAL number. Click here for RAL color chart. (Link will open PDF document)

Powdercoat Consistencies

We strive for excellence with the goal of reducing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and achieving consistency with all powdercoat finishes. However, due to some constraints of our facility, there may be minor blemishes on powdercoated parts. These blemishes are not distinguishable or seen at an arm’s length away.
