Powder Coating

The standard finish offered by Protocase is powder coating.
It is a free flowing, dry powder that is applied electrostatically and then cured under heat in large industrial ovens.
Widely recognized as the industry standard for painting metal, it provides a high-quality, durable finish.
We offer a variety of standard stocked colors and textures (see below).
Powder coat colors are usually identified by the RAL number.
- When requesting a full custom powder coat color, please make sure to specify the RAL number.

We strive for excellence with the goal of reducing Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and achieving consistency with all powder coat finishes. However, due to some constraints of our facility, there may be minor blemishes on powder coated parts. These blemishes are not distinguishable or seen at an arm's length away.
